Last updated 18 June 2026. These terms govern engagements with Bunzo Visuals, a brand operated by PT BUNZO Kreatif Indonesia.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, bookings, productions and services provided by Bunzo Visuals, a brand and operating unit of PT BUNZO Kreatif Indonesia (“Bunzo”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in Jakarta. By requesting a quotation, signing a proposal, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.
Bunzo provides creative and audiovisual production services, which may include concept development, pre-production, direction, cinematography, photography, editing, colour grading, sound, visual effects and post-production. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in the applicable proposal, quotation or statement of work (“Proposal”), which forms part of these Terms. Where the Proposal and these Terms conflict, the Proposal prevails for that engagement.
Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from issue unless stated otherwise and are estimates based on the information provided by the Client. A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance of the Proposal and receipt of the agreed booking deposit. Shooting dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis and are not held without a deposit.
Unless agreed otherwise in the Proposal, a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee is payable to confirm a booking, with the balance due upon delivery of the final files. For larger or long-form projects, payment may be structured in milestones. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days. Late payments may incur interest and may suspend delivery or release of materials. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT/PPN), which are charged where required by Indonesian law.
If the Client cancels a confirmed booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of a scheduled shoot may incur additional charges covering crew, talent, equipment, location and third-party commitments already secured. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur reasonable costs.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, brand assets, scripts, products, locations, permits and any approvals required, and for ensuring it holds the necessary rights and consents for materials it supplies. Delays caused by the Client (including late approvals or missing materials) may affect the timeline and incur additional costs.
Each engagement includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Proposal. Additional revisions, or changes to an approved direction, are billable at our standard rates. Approval of an edit or cut is deemed final acceptance of that stage.
Bunzo retains ownership of all project files, raw footage, source files and pre-final materials. Upon full payment, the Client receives a licence to use the agreed final deliverables for the purposes and media specified in the Proposal. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Raw/unedited footage and project files are not included unless purchased separately. Third-party elements (such as stock, fonts, music and licensed assets) remain subject to their respective licences.
Unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing, Bunzo may display and use the completed work — and behind-the-scenes material — in its portfolio, showreel, website, social media and award submissions, with appropriate credit.
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This clause survives completion of the project.
The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate licences are obtained for any music, stock or third-party material used in final deliverables intended for public or commercial release, unless such licensing is expressly included in the Proposal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunzo’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, illness, equipment failure, government action, civil disturbance or network outages. Affected dates will be rescheduled in good faith.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, failing resolution, submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
